The Farmer's Daughter

We had not been here for a while since they changed their schedule, but we are so glad we visited again. The food was excellent and the service was great. This is a family style restaurant where the table gets 2 choices of meat and all the sides, plus choice of desert. I believe extra meat choices can be added at additional cost but I have not verified this. Price is very reasonable too considering it is all you can eat. It might seem like it is in the middle of nowhere but it is worth the drive. If you have never been there before give it a try, and if you have not been for a while go back and see how much better it is. They also now have a large gift shop.

I really like there food. I think that they should have made more tables and less cracker barrel. I don't mind waiting and shopping while I wait but over an hour is ridiculous. I also think they should give you the choice to not get a side if you don't want it. We always waste food when we go there because there are some vegetables that we do not eat.

Very clean place, very nice people and great food served family style. All you can eat, if you don't have room for desert they will send it home with you for later. Great price! Great food! They have the best fried chicken, fried squash, corn bread and they make an amazing chocolate pie.

Probably the best restaurant in Greene County. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is always great. Very family oriented. If you are looking for a home cooked meal for a good price or have several people to feed, give this place a chance. You will not regret it! Dessert is included in the price and the cheesecake is awesome! My fiance said the peanut butter pie was amazing, as well. Definitely recommend for family dinners and my family will be returning in the future. Plan on going back this weekend, actually.
