The food was delicious and everyone was very friendly. You get a lot of food for the price. The catfish was probably the best I have ever had.

This place is awesome! The waitress was friendly, the service was remarkable, the food delicious and the prices were very reasonable! I would recommend this place to everyone! Well worth it, and looking forward to going back soon!

I was hesitant to try this place, because, in my experience, most specialty restaurants are expensive and mediocre at best...
But I'm So Glad I tried "Smoke & Roux" (located in the former "Monster Burger" building on Crockett Trace in Morristown, TN.)

The Food was Delicious!!!

The food was surprisingly affordable @ around $14/person.
The portions are a bit smaller than I would have anticipated, but completely understandable considering the prices.

They have plenty of parking and a well lit parking lot.

They have just recently opened, so they haven't got any signs up yet.

Upon arrival we were promptly greeted and sat. The waitress was at our table, with a smile, in no time flat. After ordering our food arrived hot and delicious-looking... I soon realized it wasn't just delicious-looking... The food WAS delicious!

After dinner you take your bill to the bar and pay there.

If you ask me, I would definitely recommend you to check this place out. I look forward to eating here again, which isn't something I say very often.
