Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Fast friendly service. Hot fresh food!

It was good, just gravy needed to have more sausage... I asked for a gravy and biscuits,I got gravy with potatoes ????????????... It was surprisingly good...

I think they may be understaffed, or they need more communication and organization training. The three people who came after me were provided food before me (same standard order, and I suspect since mine was a to go order they accidentally gave it to someone in the drive through), and while I was waiting a guy came in who had pulled forward and been waiting at the drive through for 20 minutes (they forgot about him). They were very friendly and apologetic and gave him extra chicken, but I had to continue to wait. They finally gave me my box after asking me again what I had, and still forgot to give me a biscuit. Again, very friendly people, but they were all running around like the building was on fire trying to get everyone served. What food I did receive was standard Bojangles fare, though, so I can't say I'm unhappy with that. Friendliness 5/5, Food 5/5, Service 2/5.

The staff was very friendly. They gave me plenty of condiments & napkins w/o having to ask, but my Cajun fillet biscuit was burnt & so tough I couldn't eat it. I'm sure they would've had no problem replacing it for me, but I was in a hurry that day & didn't have time to go back.

This Bojangles Resaurant in 1800 on 23rd street was fantastic the staff was friendly, accommodating and kind. The manager on duty actually worked with his staff to make sure each customer received the kind of service we deserve.
I am a former customer service manager and not easy to please. I tell you I was really pleased to get the service while passing through Chattanooga Tennessee or my way back to Michigan from a visit in Orlando Florida. I want to thank the manager and especially the young lady whose in line to be a manager. You all did a great job.
