Food is good when you can actually get food. They close at 7pm BUT will tell you at 5pm “they are done cooking for the day. When they are out for the day, they are out”. Customer service is extremely low quality. The cook and cashier stared at us filling our bucket (the one time chicken was actually available).
The concept of this business is great, however, if the owners do not get better front line staff, the food being good will not be enough.

Only negative is there is no dining area. Good chicken.

This was my first visit at CWB and I was so impressed. How it works: 1. you go in and pick a bucket size. 2. Tell them what pieces you want and how you want it (baked fried or bbq) and if you want rolls/wedges. 3. When they bring out the food you “pack it to the max” as long as the lid closes.

The rolls are sooooo good! Kind of a sweet buttery not-too-sweet doughnut. The chicken is juicy and flavorful. Staff was super friendly and ready to accommodate the customers. Everyone was polite and wearing smiles. The store was immaculate! If you’ve never been here YOU HAVE TO GO! They do catering too so I will definitely be back soon????
