The best barbecue in Chattanooga. And this area probably has 1000 barbeque choices. The brisquet is actually cooked for hours and is super tender and tasty. The thickness of the pieces is just right too. I don't want it shaved like some restaurants serve. The slaw has great flavor, I am not a vinegar lover, they put just the right amount. Be sure and try the baked beans they are also the best around. And I think I the employees are super too.

Best BBQ ribs I have had this year: flavorful and not drowned in sauce, tender and falling off the bone, moist even to the last bone on the rack. (They are popular and will run out of ribs during busy events, so late dinning may not be on ribs.) Chicken and sides are also wonderful. And when we stopped for lunch, the service was really quick. Highly recommended!

Ate here yesterday after church and was pleased with the food. I liked the pork but the chicken was so much better. The fries are awesome and the sweet tea Southern Approved. Cool atmosphere and average wait time. Menu is limited but most bbq restaurants are.

Absolutely THE BEST barbecue restaurant in the Chattanooga area. The food is consistently delicious. The prices are great. The environment is totally killer...whoever designed and created the space did a fantastic job. Add to all of this the fact that the folks who work there are personable, friendly, and polite...and you've got one of the COOLEST places to dine or just hang out...EVER. Edley's Bar-B-Que is a great example of where Chattanooga is heading. Always a GREAT experience each time...EVERY time. YES.

This Is Largely Due To The Customer Service That We Received From A Staff Member Named Skylar. Skylar Was Extremely Helpful When We Were Trying To Figure Out What To Order. The Next Time We Came In, She Knew Our Names. She Is So Nice And A Hard Worker. Thank You Guys For Introducing Us To Our New Favorite BBQ Place! That Was A Tall Order For This Family That Lived In Memphis And Texas. Five Stars. Check This Place Out. You Won't Be Sorry You Did. The Loaded Fries Are The Best!
