Sandwich fresh and bread was very tasty. Workers courteous and order correct. Large portions...will get small sandwich next visit.
Very courteous very polite, helpful. I really enjoyed eating ???? there. I will eat there again.
Fantastic sandwiches! And I always appreciate having the Coke freestyle dispensers so I can mix flavors however I want! Not the cheapest, but not crazy high dollar either! Not the fastest, but you won't be boiling over in frustration!
Trent, Hanna and Abraham have amazing customer service they make every visit enjoyable and we will keep coming back as long as they are here! thank you so much for the great customer service we really appreciate it!
Food is always good at Firehouse, but this location was a little on the less friendly side when we went yesterday. And I was there with my family right before I had an alteration appointment at the David's Bridal next door, so I had my brand new heels with me to put on with the dress. I didn't even think twice about it when I set them on the table beside me because they are brand new and have never been worn aside from when I tried them on. One of the employees came over more than halfway through my meal (we were actually finishing up by then) and told me as politely as she could that the manager would like me to remove my shoes from the table. Okay. Yeah I get it. They don't realize they're brand new (except the price tag was still very visible if they looked). But if the manager had a problem, how about come tell me to my face instead of sending someone else to embarrass me? And don't wait until I was about to leave anyway, because there was literally no point at that time except TO embarrass me. My husband talked me down from making a scene because admittedly I was already kind of irritable yesterday and it really wasn't a big deal, but I do think it could have been handled better than it was, and I don't like being embarrassed needlessly because clearly they assumed I was untidy enough to put used shoes on a table where people eat.
