Forkers BBQ and Catering

What a great little place. The owners are fun and friendly, and the ribs and chicken wings were delicious. Lots of food. We are stuffed.

I do a lot of traveling and I absolutely love BBQ joints, true BBQ joints. I seek out BBQ wherever I go for work or pleasure. I've eaten at most BBQ joints in Memphis which I think is a must if you are a BBQ lover like me bc it's the BBQ capital. I've eaten at 90% of BBQ joints from Hixson,Tn down to Atlanta, Ga. So I heard about Forkers about 2months ago and that the BBQ is good so I finally got to try them out this weekend. I tried the Brisket, Ribs, and all their sides. I am very picky about my BBQ so with that being said, Forkers BBQ wasnt good, it was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised and very please. The Brisket was so good and the Ribs are even better and I prefer Brisket over Ribs but those Ribs were great. If you love BBQ then I highly recommend Forkers BBQ. I will be back very soon and very often. I'm so thankful and excited that Chattanooga has a great BBQ joint. The owners are friendly and good people and it shows in their food. I would definitely put Forkers in my top 10. Give them a try and I know you will not regret it.

I love there food it’s so good!! And it’s one of the cleanest restaurants!!! Yummm every thing is good here it’s totally worth it to come eat here!!

I have catered BBQ myself for many years not willing to nor able to open my own place to serve bbq. That being Said Forkers has THE BEST PULL POKER in Chattanooga. I will review there ribs on another visit. They are very friendly and want to please. Keep up the good smoking....
