Hair of the Dog Pub

We enjoyed visiting Hair of the Dog. We had the upstairs pool area mostly to ourself during our afternoon visit. I thought we would have trouble with service due to being upstairs and only one other girl being up there, but that was not the case at all. The waitress was on top of our needs the entire visit and she was very friendly.
The burger was huge and very tasty. The gravy lathered mashed taters were great. The fries were like homemade. This is an English type pub. You should give them a try!

The service here is really great. I come here often and never have any complaints. Their brunch specials and dog friendly porch are the big draws for me. Highly recommend.

Always enjoy Hair of the Dog when I get to Chattanooga. The food is tasty pub far, and the service friendly. My waitress was very pleasant and made great recommendations! Nice place to sit, read, draw, play pool, or even just people watch!

It has been several years since I have been here but when I did go the food was amazing! It was an awesome experience at an outside table on a beautiful summer day with some friends for some good food and drinks! Would love to go again!

Pretty good place - my friends and I came here for drinks on a night off. I had the beer cheese soup which was thick and heavy - but not bad. My friend got the pretzels and beer cheese dip. They were a bit heavy for my liking and I definitely craved a salad soon after eating.
They mostly have beer, but they do some mixed drinks too if you're not a beer fan (like me). I had screwdrivers. It wasn't anything fancy, but then again its just orange juice & vodka. I would come back here again but its definitely not a first choice for me.
It was dark inside but there are lots of cool things to look at on the walls and ceilings. The bathrooms were clean.
Drinks, food, and clean bathrooms. They've the basics down but the place just wasn't my jam. If you're a guy or gal who likes pubs then this will be to your liking. If you're looking for fruity drinks for girls night out maybe consider your options.
Not a bad joint though.
