    Always great food! Today was beyond outstanding with Chef Jose and our server, Dana. Her service was above and beyond with professionalism and promptness with every detail. An excellent choice for lunch or dinner.

    The food and service were excellent. We drove from Knoxville to eat at this location. We loved the previous location, Kanpai, and Hana has not disappointed at all. Service was snappy and polite, the chef was excellent and entertaining. My family and I enjoy the soup, salad, main menu items so much that we will travel to Chattanooga regularly just to eat here again in the future. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and the chef was very amusing as he embarrassed her a little, but went the extra mile to make her feel special with a ‘rice cake’ and candle. Overall great experience, we never had to ask for refills, and most importantly the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

    Karie was the best. Give that girl a raise. She’s 5/5. The food was just good, the portion sizes are smaller than other sit at the table while they cook asian restaurants. Overall liked the vibe of the restaurant itself.

    Food was good. We went on half price day for the rolls and got 5 rolls pretty cheap. Speed was really fast to.
