Honey Seed

Went in hoping for some good bagels, definitely got them. Not to sound dramatic but they had such a good taste and texture, I'm no bagel connoisseur but I was thoroughly pleased.

Outside seating was nice, general environment definitely had a nice vibe. Our server Tarah was super nice and helpful, 5/5 experience.

Had brunch here and was surprised at how open, airy and cute the atmosphere of the restaurant was. Ordering is strange. You have to seat yourself and use a QR code that is much too tiny.

The food was solid. I had a hazelnut oatmeal latte and peach Bellini that were okay. My partner had a mimosa that he also confirmed was just okay. He was not a giant fan of his eggs Benedict on a bagel, but I liked my salmon and cream cheese bagel a lot! The tots make the whole food experience. You absolutely need to try the tots. They are inexplicable. I came back the next day to get breakfast to-go and will definitely be a regular when I want a nice breakfast.

Good selection of vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options (or substitutions). With our group, we sampled a variety of things. Good service. Good atmosphere. There will be a large dining space available when it’s not cold and raining. The mac & cheese is fantastic! The breakfast pizza has a honey seed drizzle on it… yum. The French toast is perfect for dessert. The house-made salad dressings and homemade tater tots were great. I personally preferred the Baja omelet (minus the bacon) over the veggie omelet. There is still more I want to try next time.

I highly recommend the new Chattanooga restaurant, Honey Seed. The service was prompt, and the servers were friendly. Every item we ordered was served at the proper temperature, was exactly what we ordered, and was simply delicious! Our group tried numerous menu items, including the Baja Omelet, Mexican Pizza, French Toast, Deviled Eggs, CBLTA Panini, Mac & Cheese, Tater Tots, Baja Salad and Breakfast Pizza. My favorites were the Baja Omelet and French Toast. Their Mac & Cheese was a creamy and rich bowl of cheesy goodness. It is sure to be a favorite for those who love comfort food. I also enjoyed the Strawberry Mint Lemonade, which was a refreshing blend of tart and sweet flavors.

Great Food, Environment is light and comfortable. Excellent Vegetarian and Gluten free options. Mac & cheese is to die for! Tater tots are home made. Grits are so yummy! Baja omelet has such great flavor. Breakfast Pizza had excellent flavor as well. French toast makes a great dessert option! You gotta check this place out!
