(August 31, 2019, 10:34 pm)The styling of the place is....classic. Our hibachi chef, Christian, was really good and entertaining. Food is classic fare and done well. Actually our best hibachi experience we have had in Chattanooga.

(July 19, 2019, 12:37 am)Recently visited here for the first time and my family and I had a great time! Our cook was very nice and animated and he kept the kids attention the entire time! The food was cooked just right and flavor was there too! Very nice staff.

(June 26, 2019, 3:16 pm)Ichiban is definitely the best Japanese restaurant in Chattanooga. It is a regular staple for my family. The sushi chef is as friendly as he is skilled. Most of the hibachi chefs are great as well. My go-to is the filet and scallops. The portions are massive and they are not stingy with sauces either. I am a big guy and I can eat my weight in Japanese food, and I usually need a to-go box. Prices are very reasonable as well. The Beer is nice and cold and sake is solid as well. We go so often that they gave my wife and me a 10% off for life card!
