Food good and service good. I was the only person in the restaurant so server wasn't challenged! Hashbrowns not so great but otherwise good. Best part of meal was fresh iced tea...great pick me up. Not too many choices for breakfast variety before 7 am. Would go again.
Very busy but staff was friendly, kind and we're doing their best to make our experience a good one. This was the second IHOP we went to today. The first was on Battlefield Parkway in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. The hostess there told us she couldn't even make a guess on the wait time, that she had to serve a 17 top and they had no clean tables and gave my wife and I a dirty look and was rude to us when we told her not to be rude.the IHOP on Brainerd Road in Brainerd, TN was a great experience. Keith was our server and he was fantastic..
We had an awesome time at IHOP! It was our first time visiting. Our server was Annie C. She was so sweet and kept our coffee hot and full! She was the only server working, and did very well working 6 booths at once! I ordered the "Split Decision," which included 2 eggs, bacon, sausage links, pancakes and french toast. My husband chose the "Chicken and Waffles." They have 4 flavors of syrups on the table to try. The butter pecan was divine, and my husband liked the strawberry! Our 1 year old had a blast as well. Wonderful family environment! Thank you to all, we will be back!
This place is great because of one server, Adrian. This gentleman has such charisma! He treated us like royalty. He was so nice to my son. He actually remembered us from our last visit a year and a half ago!
The food was good and standard IHOP fare. We came around lunch time and it took us a while to get seated, but it was definitely worth the wait.
My son says this is his favorite restaurant because he can get anything here.
The rest of the staff was friendly and waved to my boy as we were leaving. We will definitely be back!
The waitress was nice and she kept our drinks full. The food was great! But the cook gave my son onions in his omelet and he's allergic to them. It was a good thing he checked before eating it. Other then that I Hops was good.
