Food and service was great as always but they forget the cookie with the 5 dollsr fill ups almost every time

My husband and I had a long day traveling. We came in the drive thru at this location and ordered 2 famous bowls along with a few other things. We get back to our hotel room and our order was all wrong except the drinks and 2 sides. We called and the manager owned to the mistake. Not once trying to deny any responsibility for herself or staff. She automatically knew who we were when we called. She explained she was waiting for us to contact them because they mixed our order with someone dining on the inside. Every kind and honest people. We will definitely be back. The manager and staff went above and beyond and we are appreciative for sure. So I give a 5 start rating but yall deserve a 10. Thanks KFC Broad St.

The workers very nice the vents could be cleaned. All in all our meal was hot and done would go there again.
