(September 25, 2019, 3:08 am)Drive threw was great except they gave us nasty ollllldddd fries... then the manager tried to tell us it would take 20 min to get fresh fries..said they were swapping out the fryer oil...this was between 4 or 5 pm.. bad lie bad service

(September 14, 2019, 3:58 am)It never seems to be busy but the sitting area is um questionable. Atleast every time we have been. The last time there was some random clothes and other stuff in the only highchair they have. The trash on the condiments table my 8yr old was cleaning up when I walked around to table. The staff is usually nice tho.

(July 27, 2019, 9:16 am)So this is downtown Chattanooga to and sat there and he was my daughter and son good but haven't had one in quite a while I think White Castle's is a little better but they're still great highly recommended customer service was great there lady was very helpful so I recommend it to y'all
