Mayan Kitchen

The place had amazing and authentic Guatemalan food which is not something you can get everywhere else. Love the the feel of the place and the people were so kind. I would definitely recommend it.

Top notch chicken nachos. Unbelievably yummy in my tummy. The live music was too loud for normal conversation. I ate a whole jalapeno and nearly got sick after, but that was on me. I should have known my limits. Two servers said they loved my "I put Old Bay on my Old Bay" t-shirt. Free mints as you walk out. I would take a fine lady here on a date.

We decided to give it a try. Awesome idea! Their chips and salsa are fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I asked a few questions (mainly about sauces) and she was able to provide me with samples to decide on what I wanted.

This was a fun experience. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the food. The staff was fun and enjoyed being there. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was very appealing. Overall this was a good place for dinner. It was super convenient and the service is fast. The food has great flavor and the options are plenty. I enjoyed the logo on the sidewalk too. I thought that was a cool feature. This is a great place to sit with friends and enjoy a wonderful meal.

The staff was very accommodating. I asked them to expect a party of 12 for lunch. The table was ready, places set and ice water in glasses right at the time I had requested. Each family member seemed very happy with their selection. Parker was very congenial and managed the orders masterfully. We have been here numerous times and have never been disappointed. There really is nothing else quite like this with authentic Latin American food in Chattanooga that I know of. Offers an expansive menu and is family friendly. The decor is exquisite with an international Flair. (Especially when you consider this location used to be a very dark, brick barbecue place!) Great work Mayan Kitchen employees!
