Great BBQ egg rolls, fries and okra. Really dry sausage with little flavor. Terrible burnt ends - all of them were attached to huge chunks of fat and greasy as all get-out. Service was excellent though.

My wife and I stopped in randomly. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the pulled pork plates. We tested the different bbq sauces and actually put the Tennessee whiskey with the North Carolina vinegar. FANTASTIC! The pork was smoked like I do it all day at the house. The service was great. We actually bought a bottle of the NC vinegar!

This place has the best BBQ in Chattanooga! The staff is friendly and it is always clean! I would recommend any BBQ lover to try their food! It's like home cooked food!

As a North Carolinian I give your pulled pork sandwich with the Eastern Carolina vinegar sauce 5 stars. That's high praise indeed, I only hope that my fellow NC natives don't greet me with pitch forks and torches when I go home. PS you might want to look into adding a SC style mustard sauce if you can do it as well as the pulled pork.
