O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Strange experience on a Sunday for lunch. Don’t go until after 2pm if you want to have the whole menu available. Was informed they don’t serve my favorite dish until after 2pm on Sundays. Our server was supposed to be the bartender but other servers waited on us after realizing we were being ignored. Really appreciate the attentiveness of the other servers there.

We had chopped steak from menu. Very good. The rolls (which I normally love) were awful! Someone did not let em rise before cooking. Very disappointing. I asked the manager when she came by to ask about our meal to take em away and she said she would bring us more. She said they were making more that were cooked as should be. Never got em. Then waitress asked if we would like rolls...I said manager had said she would bring us some. She said she may have gotten sidetracked. The waitress said she would bring us some. Never got em. Lol. All in all the food was good cept rolls.

Food and service were good but then I went to the restroom...holy cow!!!!!! How can this place still be open to the public with a restroom like that!!!??? I hope their kitchen sink area isn't like that.... That restroom was absolutely HORRIBLE!! They definitely have a sewage problem that needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!! Sorry guys, no reflection on the staff this is probably a building problem.
