    I've always been a big fan of Subway and decided to stop in at the Hwy 153 location in Hixson, TN. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by two ladies who were cleaning the vegetable station but ready to get our order prepared. The sandwich artist was very knowledgeable and made a couple of recommendations which we took her up on. The sandwiches were made just perfect and the kind lady ringing up our order brought to our attention we could get a free drink if we wanted it based on our purchase of several sandwiches. That's what I call excellent customer service. It was also great seeing a perfect score of 100 posted on their recent restaurant inspection !

    This Subway is excellent! Clean and clean! Always quick service and a smiling face. That is good customer service. Thank you!

    I work across the street, so any day I get a lunch break I order a salad on the app and pick it up from this location. It's excellent. The service is wonderful (not once have they messed up my order) and the food is awesome. Thank you to the subway employees for always being so kind!
