Downstairs has a good beer list. For food, they offer several good options for vegetarians. The burrito is well made and comes with a side. I ordered sweet and spicy broccoli, which was nice. Order at the bar and sit where you like.
This place blew me away. It was amazing. The customer service was great, arrived just as they were ending table service. The drinks were original and tasty (Foggy London!), the menu options were all great with a unique twist. The Phad Fries were delicious, I had a burger with Brussels sprouts, my man had bang bang curry. Everything was delicious and well presented. The menu itself is also witty and worth a thorough read. The straw that came with my drink? Biodegradable avocado seed, so definitely a step above for reducing plastic waste. The atmosphere was modern-casual, their bathroom signs were witty and inclusive, and overall a comfortable place to hang out.
I honestly wished I lived closer, I would eat here often because their customer service, environmentally-conscious decisions, comfortable relaxed atmosphere and menu offerings made them A+++++ in my book.
Great food here. Nice place, very positive overall experience.
The menu is very eclectic: some Asian fusion stuff, some New American, some hard to categorize. There is something here for both the adventurous eater and the traditional. There were 20 or so items in the menu: just enough.
The portions were just right. I left full but without needing a to-go box.
And oh, did I say both meals we had were perfectly delicious.
Drinks were also very good. We tried two. All the drinks sounded interesting and were original without being too exotic. There was a drink kind of like a bloody Mary but different, kind of like a Moscow mule but not, kind of like a whiskey sour but original.
I've visited the Bitter Alibi on occasion for several years and the food is always consistently amazing. All of the dishes are non-traditional, but surprisingly delicious. You can tell that a great deal of thought was given to the assembly of flavors of the dishes. The atmosphere of the building is very unique, as well. If you're ever on a bar crawl and feeling peckish, or just looking for something different, stop and eat here.
