Waffle House

As always with WH, the food was good and the service was too. But on this particular morning, I was continually "entertained" by hearing the cook on duty complain about how bad her job was and that she was about to quit. I'm sorry, but I am paying to have a peaceful meal, not be your personal therapist. Share your problems with your friends and not your customers.

Just stopped in for a bite with my hubby and our 10 week old German Shepherd puppy who is training to be a service dog. It was our first time at a Waffle House and the food was great. The only issue we had was a potential customer who was irate about our service dog, apparently she saw us entering and instead of inquiring with us, she called the restaurant and gave our server Kimmy, a hard time and threatened to call the health department. My husband and I not only appreciate the fact that the staff went above and beyond as far as hospitality and food quality, but they were knowledgeable about the law pertaining to service animals and handled the situation professionally.
