The Bakery

Great staff and service. Very attentive. We tried the garlic bread and really enjoyed it!

I bought the cinnamon roles and two fruit tarts today. I am absolute delighted that there is a delicious vegan bakery in Ooltewah!! The owners are the absolute sweetest and you can tell that they make all their treats and foods with genuine care. They use the best ingredients. I felt the tarts were healthier than most I were used to but the taste was not disappointing in the least. I’ll be back very soon to try other delicious treats!!!

The Bakery is a gem! Our family loves all their breads and baked goods. So delicious, if you have not stopped by you must do yourself a favor and go.

I went there this morning hoping that the bakery was still open in this location. I peeked in the window and noticed it looked different than I remember. It had been several months since my last visit. I had to step off the curb to look at the sign and yep it said The Bakery. I opened the door and this lovely aroma overcame me. Turns out it has new owners. I bought a chocolate muffin which I just ate. Very good, light and fluffy with a nice crunchy crumbly top. For later I bought their bread pudding and the very nice lady gave me a sample of their almond cookie. I will def return.

Everyone find this place and run not walk to their Bakery. I am not a vegan..my husband picked up the desserts ( he didn't know either) Anyway if this bakery's food is any indication of vegan food I would switch in a heartbeat. Best & beautiful fruit tart, chocolate cheesecake is YUM & blueberry scone was delicious. I'm going back for their bread when they open Monday. I did go back Monday and got the garlic bread.... It was wonderful. I will be back to try the jalapeno bread...
