Sweet Tooth Cafe

This is one of the best lunches I’ve had in a LONG time and I travel all over the country. Such a friendly staff, and every single bite was amazing! You can tell they care about their customers, use the right ingredients, and cook them with love. Outstanding place you have to visit. Rogersville is a great little town and this is the best lunch spot I have found. Others have been good, this place is the lunch I think I’ll be served when I get to Heaven! ????

The best food ever! Clean and great service.

One sign of a really good place to eat is a long line, which is pretty much the standard here. The decor is very charming and the restaurant has a lot of personality. The employees are very friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. I've never had a bad meal here but my go-to recommendations would be the chicken quesadilla (available daily) and the pork loin with green beans and mashed potatoes (available as the Friday special). Her chicken and waffles are always good, though she rarely serves them and her chicken tenders are never disappointing. I guess you can sense a trend coming on here - I LOVE chicken. Anyway, do check out Sweet Tooth when you are in Rogersville. The servings are always plentiful and delicious.

I was in Rogersville yesterday preparing for my son's June wedding. We decided to go to "The Sweet Tooth" for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. I had the BLT sandwich and kettle chips which was delicious! However the highlight was the dessert that I ordered which was the vanilla, white chocolate chip cheese cake with strawberries and whipped cream! What a treat, I will most definitely come back here to eat when I return in June. Go eat at "The Sweet Tooth", you won't be disappointed!!
