The Breakers Marina

Love going to Breakers to have a piña colada and see Johnny Mac perform!

We really like going to the Breakers for a good afternoon outing on the weekend, but this last time was not as good as the times before. Evidently the management has decided to discontinue draft beer as there was only Bud lite on draft and we were told that when it ran out there would be no more draft. The food prices have gone up 15% which is not indicated on the menu but added when you pay. We understand price increases but the menu prices were already fairly high which for the location could be understandable. If you are going to raise the food price Indicate it on the menu so a person can make a better food choice depending on cost. Do to these changes we will make different choices for our weekend outings. We will wait for next year and see what the changes are.

This was my first trip to The Breakers Marina. We went on a Sunday Evening. The food and drink prices are very reasonable. I gave $13.00 for a catfish basket. The basket had four large pieces of fish along with fries and slaw. The best part of the evening was the live music from Mr. John McDaniel. He was "please Sir take all my cash as a tip" good. Thank to Breakers and Mr. McDaniel for a fun time.

My band played here tonight, and we were treated incredibly well. It's a lovely place to hang and eat, drink and take in the lake view. Stop in, you'll be glad that you did.

Breakers Marina has something for everyone. It's a great place for drinks and partying or a family outing on the lake. The bar and dining area are clean and spacious and the servers are courteous. They have live music with some shows often sold out. The food is very good, and you have a beautiful view of the lake. The marina itself is big, clean, and has plenty of room for Breakers customers. One of my favorite marinas on the lake.
