Ace's Restaurant

Food is good most of the time, the veteran wait staff is great. Hours of operation are inconsistent during the last year they've changed their hours multiple times. Spaghetti is hit or miss, sometimes it comes out great, others watered down, cold, undercooked or overcooked. My husband loves their spaghetti, and has been argued with by the owner previously over whether the pasta he got was overcooked or not.... only to have Missy the waitress (great service) come to his defense and have the owner try it for himself to find that it was in fact overcooked. Pizza is usually top notch, and the garlic toast with dipping sauce is good. Consistency is key and this place has changed a lot in the past few years from staff, to food prep, and owner's behavior... here's to hoping that you enjoy your next visit here.

We love celebrating together & this is just the place to do it. Whether it's a birthday party, to watch football, or to just hang out with friends, Aces Pizza is the place to be. The food is excellent, atmosphere is awesome, & the staff are superb.

There are a few reasons why I love Aces. First of all, the food is fabulous. The service is fast and friendly. The selections on the menu are many. And last but not least, the owner is always there to see that his customers are taken care of. He always comes out to greet us and make sure we have everything we need. He even offers to let us try our entree choices before we make our final decision. Just a great, friendly warm atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone.

I was torn on what rating to give this restaurant because the service wasexceptional in the people working there were very friendly. If it's more of a supply issue. First my wife wanted to order meatloaf and they were out. Not that big of a deal so she ordered something else. Two others in our party ordered ribs and after about 20 minutes we were notified that they were out of barbecue sauce. I would have just sent someone to the store to get barbecue sauce since there is a grocery store within walking distance. So the two of my party decided to try hot wing sauce on their ribs instead. Lol it was surprisingly good. later in our meal the waitress asked if we would like some complimentary ice cream and we said yes and then come to find out they were out of the ice cream. The waitress then asked if we would like something else like cheesecake so we all ordered cheesecake, only to find out that there was not enough cheesecake for everyone so we all ended up splitting it. The waitress they're handled it well and it was not her fault that there were not enough supplies. So I give our waitress an A+, but I give whoever orders supplies an F.

Chicago gal here.....now this is pizza!! Fresh, quality toppings are a must and they're generous with them. Had several appetizers, all very good--loved the fries!!
Spaghetti was tasty and the Ace burger was delicious! Service was exceptional...drinks never went empty and dirty dishes removed promptly. Very friendly and accommodating. Loved the decor- felt like home! Prices were very reasonable and even on the lower side for the quality and quantity. I hope people realize what they would pay in Chicago!!
