Tequila Johns

I thought that the food and drinks were okay, but unfortunately the service and the atmosphere of the restaurant was not the best. My coworkers and I felt very bad for the waitress and bartender as she did not have any assistance. She was doing her best to try to serve us food, put in orders, make drinks, and clean tables. She definitely needed help from other staff members who were non existent and received none. I wanted to step in and help her, but she was very proud and so nice about it. It definitely was not fair to her to have to do everything on her own.

Best Margaritas in the surrounding area. Authentic and fresh food with some spice. Burger is good too, comparable to Red Robin (yum).

We visited here for the first time. The owner/manager greeted us at the door and was very nice. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. We ordered chips and cheese dip. We ordered a medium and it was a cereal sized bowl of queso with fresh, warm chips!! So good and more than plenty!!! We also both had taco salads with ground beef which were very fresh and delicious! We were there early at 4:30 so there was no wait and our food came out at a perfect pace giving us time to eat some of our appetizer first. I had their house Cabernet and it was good. We will definitely be back. I am sure when this place gets super busy that it might take longer to get your food as some reviews have mentioned but if so, I think the food would be worth the wait.

The food was good and everyone was very nice, the options in town are limited and this is one that stays open later. It will be a good meal, but it won’t be quick. I would go back in a heartbeat but not if I’m pressed for time.
