    I have come to this Jefferson City location several times and each time there was an issue with app not working. I asked for lite ice and no added sugar iced coffee always too much ice and added sugar. My daughter ordered a bagel with cream cheese and almost no cream cheese came on it then the lady wanted me to pay extra even though cream cheese is suppose to come with it. I've really tried to give this location a chance but the Morristown is better.

    Brand new Dunkin' Donuts in Jefferson City Tennessee. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The facilities are clean as this is a brand new location. Plenty of seating and of course all the usual treats and drinks that a Dunkin' Donuts would have.

    Yay!! Happy that Jefferson City has their own Dunkin'!! I'm don't have to go to Morristown or Knoxville now. Can't wait till they open!
    Giving them the benefit of doubt with 5 stars since they haven't opened. Ratings plummet with each bad review
