I have called them before regarding issues with my uncle's unit (unit was installed by another company), and the technician arrived in a timely manner, fixed the problem and my elderly uncle had heat once again. I highly recommend Mountain Air!!!

Mountain Air recently installed a four-ton Carrier mini split system with 5 indoor units / zones for us.

I highly recommend Mountain Air because they provided outstanding service from start to finish. They said what they would do, when they would do it, and how much it would cost. They came through on all of these promises with no surprises.

First, the owner came out to evaluate our situation and he recommended an HVAC solution for our log home based on his inspection. He put us on his schedule and his crew showed up as scheduled every day until they finished the job. Also, they cleaned up not just after the job was done but every day before they left.

Owner, crew, and office staff all very professional and personable.

Very happy with the company, people, and equipment. Again, highly recommended.

I have been using Mountain Air for a few years now, and they always continue to amaze me with their prompt attention to every service call. They provide service for me at several commercial locations, and understand the need of prompt service.

Recently called Mountain Air due to 2nd story heat pump not cooling. Technician discovered heat exchanger rusted and leaking coolant. Provided picture of situation which was much appreciated. Had entire unit replaced inside/out 2 days later. Owner of the company actually came onsite with another technician to perform work. All work performed on time, professionally, and also cleaned up all dirt. Would recommend them.

I love this company. The office people are courteous. The technicians are always polite. They fixed my air conditioning first try after numerous other companies couldn't find the issue. The prices are great. 10 star company.
