Chili's Grill & Bar

Each time I've been there the food has been real good. It has been clean every time and I have not seen employees just standing around doing nothing. I will be back.

Visiting from out of town for a funeral. Our family went in for a later supper; they were not that busy. Service was slow. The waitress stood at the end of the table & passed the drinks down the table. There were 9 of us but she could have delivered each h of us our drinks. One of the servers helping bring out food spilled black beans down the arm & back of my granddaughter. They didn't acknowledge it at first but someone mentioned it to another server who went & got the manager who offered a wet wipe or seltzer water to clean off her blouse. They did give her a free dessert. Not sure what I expected but more like part of her meal taken off; she was sharing a 2 for $25 with her uncle. If we find ourselves back in Knoxville, we will not be eating at that location.

The food was delicious and our server Brandy was good about checking on us. However, the music was so loud it gave me a headache and my ears hurt. My daughter asked Brandy if she could turn it down. She turned it down some but it went back up again not too long afterwards. I then asked if she could cut it down. She did but the music was still too loud in the bar area. I suffer from hearing loss and the music was still too loud and I don't wear hearing aids yet. So you are causing hearing loss to everyone who walks through your door.

Went for lunch this past Sunday afternoon with the family and was pleasantly surprised. Food was pretty good and the service was excellent! Our server, I believe her name was Jasmine, was very attentive without being overbearing. She also had a very cheerful attitude.

This is a newer Chili's location. It is extremely clean. The staff in self seating is as attentive as they can with that many tables, but I never have to wait long for anything.

This location is great, the only complaint is a corporate one. The menu seems to change a bit too often. But a great place for a casual bite with friends or family any night of the week.
