Firehouse Subs

Consistently meaty, hefty and tasty sandwich. Staff very courteous and welcoming. Go to cashier to place your order, and if Kelsie is at the register, she not only remembers my favorite sandwich, but she also knows the extra condiments I like with my order. Then there is Joe, he keeps low profile but very professional and helpful. If I see him in the shopping mall, he stops and exchange greetings. For me, going to Farragut Firehouse is a treat.

They pile lots of delicious steamed meats on toasted rolls and lather on Duke's Mayo and other condiments depending on the sandwich.

If you like it hot, there are plenty of hot sauces to try, and I believe a fire hydrant out front to put out any flames.

Two napkins usually won't cut it!

1st off, had a new cashier, worked thru that, credit card machine wouldn't read my card, or so we thought, sent a fraud signal to the bank, froze my card, paid cash instead, all I had was $100. Bill, they didn't much care for that(totally understandable), then they screwed up my order...all in all not a very good experience today...1st time at this one..the others have always been 5 star!

The sandwich was good but the soda machine is set so it mostly water

May 2019 Update:
Improvements have been made with food order accuracy, the soda drink fountain needs to be serviced because the taste quality is different from what each brand intends individually.

Update:
July and August 2018, food orders for take away, once opened from the bag after leaving, have been incorrect 75% of the time. From the 4 orders I have made in the last two months, 3 were wrong; wrong meat, wrong cheese, wrong sauces, wrong veggies! Pay attention youngster employees!
