Everything about this place was great. The service was exceptional, the custard was great and it was a fun place to be. The only drawback is parking is a pretty tough situation. They are limited in places they could add, so I don't know if there is much of a fix.

I had the Stolen Brownie Sundae. It was SO GOOD! The brownie was warmed and had such a good flavor. The custard was great. The toasted pecans were to die for! The chocolate fudge was good. The only problem I see is that the portion was way too much for me. I didn't want to waste a bite of that goodness, so I finished it. I wish there was a small size offered. I felt worse than a baby in a milk coma! I guess you could say I was in a custard coma! 🍮 LOL

We chose the drive thru for our first visit to Andy’s. We all tried different items and thought they were
very tasty. We look forward to going back and tasting other items on their menu.

I am amending my previous review to 5 stars instead of 4. We went to get kid sundaes for Halloween since they were giving out free kid one topping sundaes. I used my concrete mixer coupon from their opening a new location.

These items were great! The kids and I all thought that they put more toppings on the kid size sundae than the small adult ones we got at the grand opening so the ratio of vanilla custard to topping was much-much better. All three of us agreed it was a billion times better than a big lump of vanilla with no toppings for 3/4 of it.

Even though these were free I would have gladly paid for them since everyone was so much happier with the taste and look of the items this time.

We will come back again and hope for a repeat of today. Perhaps the sad, tiny amount of toppings the first day on a one topping small sundae was a fluke (we will not be ordering those again anytime soon). I wish I took a picture of the first day so you could see the comparison, but it was so hot and everything started melting right away that we just dug in.

Also it is good to note you must tell them before you pay that you have the app otherwise you can’t get points later even if you have a receipt and you’re still at the window. If the app could be upgraded that would be awesome.

We absolutely love this place and have been waiting for a long time for a Knoxville restaurant. We are excited and will definitely be going to Andy's over Freddy's!!!
