    I have to say, even tho it was a busy time, the wait wasn't long and the loaded fajitas were very good. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Good job Applebees

    This was not the usual experience we have at Applebee's. Normally I would have given 5 stars, but this one visit was not great. We had steaks that were different sizes, but the same type. Cooked to different levels. Yet they were all cooked to the same level and the same small steaks. Then the waitress tried to convince us that they were supposed to be that way. However management didn't & they corrected the bill. So I am giving 4 due to the correction, & the average of service prior to now.

    very friendly staff.. Alex was an awesome spirit at the door very funny as well and great customer service... dont remember the young lady's name that waited on us but she was awesome too.. good vibes ... would definitely go back just to have them service me again
