Carrabba's Italian Grill

Went there for lunch. The steak was tough and over cooked despite the fact I told the server medium twice. The garlic potatoes are now lumpy and with the peal. I want the old way back creamy. I can get these at Outback. What gives?? I paid my bill but wasn't happy with my meal. They were not that busy. I'd hate to think it might not be my favorite place to eat anymore.

This hands down was one of the best Restaurants that we have been to. Zac our server was amazing! We did not have to wait long for anything! The food was truly amazing! Thank you Zac for you amazing service. Be cause of you we will be back.

Very nice building and atmosphere with SUPER friendly and helpful staff! My husband is allergic to gluten and dairy, but they were able to take care of him well. I didn't really care for my entree, but they took it off the bill and gave us a take home lasagna. Super nice! Women's bathroom was a little odd as it was super pretty where you wash hands, but the stall doors were all kinda hard to close and lock and there were empty dispensers in some of the stalls. Still usable, though!

Food a bit costly for flavor and quality of the food. Need to have more knowledge of meal ingredients by all staff as some have meal limitations. Server was nice but when reached over for plate and glass clear been working a while as could smell body odor and that didn't help meal desire. I know it's hot and hard work but a of arms and extra deodorant during busy times won't hurt. Soup too greasy. Potatoes taste like too much butter or cream in it. Saw one table leave lot of pasta with red sauce behind. Bread and oil is good.
