Chuy's

We Loved our dinner.
Stopped in with no idea of what to expect. So glad we did. The food was awesome. They have different kinds of sauces you can add onto your enchiladas or what not. Good food. Good portions. Also they have this taco bar thing on weekdays from 4-7 I think. We got in eight at 4. It had Chips. Salsa. Queso. Ground beef and beans. For FREE when ordering a meal or something. We loved it and appreciated that taco bar more than we would have ever thought. We will come back here again

I love Chuy's. I've been to the Texas locations too and all have been consistently delicious. They're my favorite go to for Tex/Mex. I LOVE their jalepeño ranch dressing/chip dip and the fresh made tortilla and chips. Also love the fun and festive decor!

This place brings me joy. I'm a Texas transplant. One of the only things I miss about Texas is the food. Chuy's started in Austin, Texas, and really fulfills a deep need I have for Texan food. Some other reviewers were totally off the mark. Chuy's is not trendy, it's not self important. At heart it's a dive with soul food. Just maybe not the variety that East Tennesseeans are accustomed to.

Chuy's Tex-Mex Mexican Restaurant has amazing chips and toppings bar.
They also have the best creamy jalapeno dip, for chips made from scratch.
My two sons and I order the sizzling combo fajitas with chicken and steak.
When our sizzling fajitas combo plate arrived to our table is was warm almost cold.
The service and our waiter Gary, was great, but it would have been nice if we had our fajitas combo sizzling hot!

Peyton did an excellent job with our large party. The manager and other staff were super helpful and very courteous. The food was good, esp the guacamole. I'm vegan and there were plenty of options for me. My husband had the chicken fajitas, and he enjoyed them.
