To me nothing really makes them stand out from other burger joints
The drive through is always packed but probably because it’s open later than most places on the strip and is perfect for broke college students like me. There tends to be a lot of homeless people that loiter around the building but that’s expected anywhere in downtown Knoxville, the Fort, or the strip (Cumberland Avenue). The shakes are amazing and the food is either really good or alright. Tonight the chicken wrap I ordered wasn’t the best but the shake definitely made up for it. The tables here are always greasy and I do wish they did a better job cleaning them. They get four stars because they’re not perfect but they’ve never let me down. Seriously most restaurants mess up my orders or take forever to get my food to me at least once. Not Cookout.
I ordered the double burger tray and it was delicious but the extra HUGE burger I ordered was burnt and dry meat...
Great prices and quick service
