Cru Bistro & Wine Bar Parkside

I’ve been a regular at Cru for years now. Stopped in there for a Friday lunch - rarely a crowd during weekday/lunch, which is a plus for me. I brought my son and we had a great time.

I love their salads and usually add seared scallops for a treat. I tried the Tower Salad (see pic - tons of shrimp inside).... very tasty. I also had their Shrimp/Crab bisque which is on my “usual” list.

Perfect “mini burger” for my son. The staff offered to put extra cherries in his Shirley-Temple drink. Probably the favorite of his lunch.

The staff is very attentive. The manager stopped by and remembered me from my last visit (maybe a few months ago). The staff is always on point for refilling beverages and checking on you... (again, especially at lunch during the week).

If you’ve passed by Cru in Turkey Creek, stop in and give them a try for an awesome lunch. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and myself went here for the first time for our anniversary. Staff was very friendly. Service was quick. It was a Sunday at 6pm. They didn't appear too busy. However, on a Friday or Saturday, I bet it's a different story. Anyway, I ordered the 4 oz Petit fillet and my husband had the shrimp and grits. We always try each other's dinner. Both dinners were fantastic! Our taste buds were doing a happy dance at every bite! Because it was our anniversary we were treated to a dessert. The kiwi cheesecake with a mango topping was unusual and VERY yummy. We were very happy we tried a new (for us) restaurant. We'll be back for sure!

This is such a great place, especially for happy hour. We also love Sunday brunch. Andrew is an awesome bartender. He is such a great guy. We always enjoy Cru.
