Had the jerk chicken with plantains and Rasta pasta. It was awesome. Great prices, friendly service, cool vibe. I hope this place sticks around because I'll be coming back!

Delicious food in very generous portions! Skip the ordinary and try the extraordinary Jamaican food. I had Red Snapper and my husband had the Jerk Chicken. Both were fabulous! Very friendly waitstaff and our orders were taken quickly. Our meals were hot, fresh and correct. We met the restaurant's owner who gave us great customer service. We're really glad we stopped in for dinner!

Great food! Come out and try it for yourself. We had the Goat Curry and the Oxtail. Delicious! Also loved all the sides: potato salad (so good), peas and rice (great flavor), the cabbage (wonderful spice depth) and the sweet bread (super soft loaf to sop up the other stuff). Order takeout and then head over to the Knoxville Botanical Gardens to enjoy the beautiful scenery

The brown stew with rice and beans was the ULTIMATE birthday dinner. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. I have never in my life eaten chicken as delicious as the food at Dulcie's Cafe. If you come to Knoxville, you MUST try the food here at least once. And try one of their sodas too! Can't get an experience like this anywhere else in eastern TN.
