(July 30, 2019, 6:11 pm)After 3 employees walked past me in front of the register, splitting tips out, without acknowledgement, I spoke up and said, "Well hello, how are you all today?" They just kind of stood there, stunned for a moment. I wasn't mad at them, I was upset that nobody acknowledged me when three people were standing right there. My chocolate colada and dozen donuts look wonderful though.

(May 9, 2019, 6:17 pm)More than once, I have ordered a hot latte beverage and received an iced latte instead. It seems they don’t train new employees how to ready the order properly or something. Otherwise, when the order is correct, it’s great!

(April 7, 2019, 2:36 pm)Just a few minutes ago my fiance went to this dunkin and a young woman made our coffee perfect. It's been a long time sense our coffee has been this amazing. This young woman definitely knows what she's doing. ❤ kudos to you girl.
