Dunkin'

This is my favorite Dunkin around Knoxville. Why? Their coffee is the most consistent of any of the locations I visit.

The location is good but the parking lot is rather small and doesn't offer much parking though there is parking across the way due to it being located in a shopping center.

The managers have always been good. A new manager has taken over as of recently and seems to be doing a sufficient job.

As with any food service joint you'll have the occasional slacker that gets into the mix but they dont seem to last very long, which is good.

The occasional mistake on my food item being ordered happens but it's the exception and not the norm. They also always make it right without question.

In conclusion if you're going to stop at a Dunkin, make it this one.

Great looking shop
It's a very efficient set up for on the go or If you want to sit for a little while and enjoy you order.
In our case we were passing through on our way back home from Atlanta, the employees were engaging, fun and attentive. The restaurant was clean and it was refreshing to see the cashiers were staying busy even when traffic would slow down.

I will visit again when I'm in the area

We just moved and this is our new home store and I'm very impressed. Just left this location and they were 2 people down on a Monday and still rocking it. Great service and kind attitudes even though I'm sure it was stressful. Also very good coffee. Thank you guys!

Oh this place is just wonderful. Such great prices as well. The staff is always nice. It's never to busy

I like DD's customer service. They are very friendly and the food is always fresh. The frozen drinks are amazing although they can be a little bit pricey.
