Great nightlife surrounding it in Central square! However the menu was very limited. BUT good food. Below is a view from one of the tables outdoors. There are only two outside tables but the inside looked relatively large.

Wow. What a great experience. I don't think I've ever had a better server/waitperson. The carbonara while a bit unique held true to the core flavors. Arugula salad was excellent.

Ate here tonight at the bar and it was great! Went for apps ended up ordering a little more since it looked so good. They were very hospitable and welcoming- over the top generosity from the manager. Highly recommend this delicious eatery!

Incredibly good Italian, prices are what you'd expect, but well worth it.

Emilia is, to me, the epitome of what a classy Italian restaurant in Knoxville ought to be. While the plates may deviate slightly from traditional for purists, everything is made with the right amount of care and skill.

The service is also very high quality. The staff is very attentive and friendly with great recommendations.

Overall, a fantastic choice for a proper dinner.
