emmy's Frozen Yogurt

Emmy's is easily my favorite frozen yogurt place in Knoxville. The staff are kind and welcoming, and they have the most gluten and dairy-free options in town (I am gluten and dairy-free, so this is incredibly helpful). I have not had a single bad flavor, and they always have a great selection of delicious toppings. Emmy's will even help me with a service project that will benefit the Joy of Music School, which provides music lessons and instruments to underprivileged children. Thank you Emmy's!!!

The BEST yogurt in Knoxville, TN period. My Mom and I visited last week. The yogurt is very affordable. The variety of toppings, including fruit is very satisfying. The Staff is helpful and Friendly!

Too many good things to say in a review. The owners and Emmy are all so warm and friendly, the shop is crisp and clean and open, great variety of amazing flavors, two different ways to pay with reasonable prices (by cup size & two toppings or by weight), comfy chairs, fresh fruit toppings, frozen yogurt is sweetened with Stevia (but you can’t even tell), even a bookshelf full of books to read and sprinkles with no artificial dyes. The second we walked in the door we felt so welcomed. My toddler can’t eat eggs or dairy and it’s been such a struggle for us trying to find a single place to eat where he can have options. Here he had FOUR vegan options to choose from! We sampled them all and every single one was delicious. The flavors actually tasted real, instead of artificial. My husband and I don’t have the same allergy restrictions and love our dairy ice cream, but we were both so impressed with the consistency and flavors at Emmy’s. Don’t settle for a chain yogurt shop, you’ll be much happier supporting Emmy’s!

Fantastic flavor and texture in all the selections I have tried so far (strawberry, vanilla, natural, mango and chocolate). Fair pricing, pick either a fixed price cup with two toppings, or pay by weight. Toppings are freshly cut and replenished in small batches. The store looks and feels refreshing and calming. A great place to stop for a little or a long while. Friendly staff.
