First Watch - Bearden Hill

Really cute restaurant in a clean, open space. The food is delicious! Lots of choices, from classics to more creative options. I especially like that there are lighter dishes--it's not just all biscuits and gravy.

The avocado toast was exactly what I wanted. The avocado was fresh and the serving was more than generous. Comes with two eggs any way you want. The kids had a lot of options to choose from, which is nice, and everything was really good. Between the three of them, they ordered crepes, pancakes, and waffles. The sausage that came with their breakfasts was really good too.

My husband ordered the summer crab omelet, one of their specials right now. He said it was really fresh and filling. I think that's one of the best things this restaurant has going for it, the super fresh ingredients. And that sprouted bread is money.

We're only in town one day, but we'd definitely go back to this place again. Thanks for the good breakfast, Knoxville!

Love the food. Service is always good. Wish they were open longer hours. Would recommend chia seed bowl, chicken breakfast tacos, and regular breakfast platter. Recently I had this...don’t know what it’s called but it was TASTY

Went here for brunch on a Saturday. Our server was wonderful; very friendly and helpful. Food was great, as always! I had the avocado toast and they modified it to how I like it. Being from Chicago, our server also convinced my husband to try grits for the first time, which he loved! Great experience! Definitely going to return often.

Great place for breakfast & brunch! Highly recommend. Great drinks & food. This place gets packed so go early &/or be prepared to wait. The free coffee is a plus and makes waiting to be seated enjoyable.
