Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This was a new find for my husband and I! Tasty, hot food and friendly staff. We will be back sometime to try out the custard. Too full for dessert today!

I am in love with this restaurant!!! The burgers are so good! I also love the tiny little french fries. The onion rings are delicious too!! I will drive out of my way to eat here. The employees are always very nice and the place is very clean!!

My daughter got the crispy chicken sandwich and she wouldn't touch it, I took it back and asked if they could fix another because my daughter said it tasted burnt. They brought us a whole new one out with fresh fries.
Poor thing tried to eat it, but still it was a little overdone for her liking(or mine) the manager on duty quickly came by to check on us after seeing my daughter eat around the sandwich. He offered a free dessert and even gave us a complimentary free kids meal for next time. Way to have great guest recovery! Loved my burger and we will be back soon!!

Was not happy with the first visit but went back today at the request of district managers and had a much better experience. The first visit I gave two stars and after this visit I can honestly give it five stars. The triple burger was very good. The only problem with this visit was the fries where cold but the manager quickly corrected that.

If you're concerned about taste and service, then this is the place for you. I've liked everything I've gotten from here. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is so friendly. All of the employees go out of their way to make your visit a success. So this place comes highly recommended. The regular crowds speak for themselves too. Frequent visits just aren't ideal for the wasteline I'm afraid. But the fine folks here aren't to blame for that. Check it out and enjoy your visit.
