Hardee's

The hamburgers at Hardee's have always been their best item. Having coupons and specials tends to bring me out a lot more and they've only recently started doing some of that.

Soda machine was on the fritz.. they did offer me a complimentary drink. Excellent customer service.

Hello, My name is Jason. My wife and I went into Hardees on Asheville Highway. We placed our order, we got Sausage Biscuit, Orange Juice, and a Gravy Biscuit Bowl. I was then given my order. They then inform me that they have no forks or spoons for me to use to eat the Gravy Biscuit Bowl with. Only thing they had were knives. So my wife and I sit down to eat. It is hard to eat with a knife. My wife sitting across the table, laughing at me. I got it done, my wife said just turn the bowl up and use the knife to shove it into your mouth. Although the experience was uncomfortable, my wife is what made it enjoyable. Hardees on the other hand needs better management. Who runs out of forks and spoons and expects a business to run smoothly.
