Since moving from NY 7 years ago, I have been scouring for a close replica of a corner store bodega with great food. I found this place just a few weeks ago, and am already obsessed! The food is incredible - I highly recommend the Reuben and Gyro! No other place like it in Knoxville!

I was told that this deli was the real deal and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in I felt like I was part of the family. I found out the owners originally had a deli in Long Island New York. Being from New York City, I felt right at home. I ordered a knish and the pastrami Reuben with the works.

The knish was split down the middle and grilled with butter until it was perfectly golden brown and delicious. It was light and fluffy on the inside and it made a perfect start to my lunch.

The Reuben came on toasted marble rye stuffed with a generous portion of pastrami and sauerkraut. It was dressed perfectly. The pastrami had just the right amount of marbling on the inside and the juices flowed and mixed with the sauerkraut and dressing like it should.

Needless to say I felt like I was back in New York at one of my favorite delis. I will most certainly be back.

This place is a hidden gem. Our meal was outstanding & the owners were friendly & eager to discuss the dishes & options. Everything was delicious. I had a kafta plate & my husband had a lamb gyro. We shared a Greek salad, but honestly it was more than enough food- I had leftovers. There are also a variety of Middle Eastern desserts, we brought the baklava home. Everything was very reasonably priced & the portions were large. 5 🌟

Some of the best if not the best mediterranean food in knoxville area. My partner and I left very full and happy. The staff is very friendly and the service was perfect. This will definitely be a place I visit on many occasions.

If you’re thinking about eating here, stop thinking and just go. The food is unbelievable and packed with flavor. Despite them being incredibly busy, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Get the curry chicken salad to take home for lunch, it’s amazing!
