Ichiban Japanese Grill

I have been a Sunday night regular here for over a year. The food is excellent. I know if you are like me then you've been to numerous asian restaurants and the food is good but if you want GREAT then try Ichiban and you will always go THERE for the food and sushi. Daniel and the rest of the staff are always kind, couterous and professional and they are fast with your perfect order. Thanks Ichiban see ya next Sunday.

We have been coming to this restaurant for over seven years now and have no regrets! We absolutely love the owners, who always treat us with respect. Yes, everyone has their bad days, but I would still give this little place the rating it deserves. We are thankful to find as quaint a restaurant as this one.

This is one of the best sushi places in Knoxville. The atmosphere is wonderful and the people that work there are so nice. Prices are great too.

Great place, great food!!! But they need ppl there that can also understand English better while taking orders. Our order was completely wrong because he couldn't understand what we was saying.

Wow! The food and service are excellent! We definitely recommend the firecracker appetizer and caterpillar rolls! For something different we tried the Basil fried rice. It was incredible! Not only will we be beck but we will be regulars!!!!
