McDonald's

This is a great McDonalds. They cook the burgers wonderfully. Other McDonalds are greasy. Not this one

Food is general okay & semi-fresh besides the French fries, i have gotten several orders missing items or condiments, that I specifically asked for at the drive through speaker & ALSO at the window to the cashier! I also had to wait 5-10 minutes for food when I went inside. Wasn't happy with the wait time at all.

My granddaughter and I waited for nearly ten minutes at the register to be served while the behind the counter did everything but take our order. Fries were warm at best. Which happens often at most McDonald's when you are there at a time that is not a busy time for them. Sprite was apparently at end of syrup cannister since it was kind of bitter. Overall, not terrible. But, calling it a good experience would not be close to accurate

They forgot 2 of my cheese hamburgers and charged me for a extra large fry. They gave me both ???? fries, and they were hot and fresh. Unfortunately, when I returned about 8 minutes later saying they forgot my 2 cheese burgers the manager Nikki did not want to give them to me. After a long talk at the window with her she finally agreed to give me both of my missing burgers. I had the receipt, but had dropped the food off with my kids. So they didn't want to give me my paid for burgers. Normally, my order is perfect with good service, but they will have to earn that star back with me.
Respectful and kind costumer service goes a long way.

Best McDonald's ANYWHERE...EVER (PERIOD)!!! I am a frequent customer. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Cedar Bluff McDs has made me love my McDonald's food all over again! Fast and accurate service, fresh hot food, very friendly staff.... This is how McDonald's should be. They have raised the bar!!! To-date I have never had a bad or disappointing experience at this McDonald's!! Way to Go Y'all!! Thanks and keep up the EXCELLENT work!
