Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Great food. Our server was friendly, humorous and attentive. His sprint to the far kitchen to supply our needs was appreciated. The ambience was fresh and welcoming. I would return again and again.

Great service! Our waitress Cindy was so sweet, very polite and very attentive young woman. The kids ordered items off the kids menu which they gobbled up. My husband and I each had a shrimp pasta dish which were good. The restaurant was clean, the food was good and had great service. If we visit Tennessee again, we would return to this location.

The food was alright but the deciding factors on why I won’t be returning are as follows:
When our salad was brought to the table, the salad bowl was sitting inside our serving bowls. The waitress plopped then all in the middle of the table, no service. I picked up the bowl of salad to get my bowl and it was dirty as the other bowl was too.
I asked a passing waitress if we could get clean bowls, she said nothing but grabbed the bowls and took them away. When she brought the clean ones, she said quickly, here you are, and plopped them down.
We ordered Alfredo sauce to eat with the bread sticks which arrived after our meal.
It sounded like a zoo inside as they put too many tables in for the area.
Not for me.

Good food and good people didn't even have to wait to have a table and that's on a Friday night. Ps you can never go wrong with house wine the red is amazing.

I was extremely pleased with their customer service. We were waiting at our table for 15 minutes and no one had came to serve us so I let someone know and they quickly found us an excellent waiter. The manager was very understanding and gave us free appetizers. Our whole group was very pleased with the customer service and the waiter was especially delightful. I highly recommend going to this Olive Garden.
