They have great pizza that the new manager is Moody slobber all over and does not treat her customers right he's like I was like that Corey was a good manager

I can tell why sit down pizza huts are so rare. They dont staff nearly well enough to man the kitchen, phone, front counter, AND dining room. Some of the people really try to provide good service for those in the dining room. Others just come off awkward and slightly irritated. Food is always good though.

Perfect establishment, with delicious food, as well as a very clean environment. The cook was pretty cute too

We were visiting Tennessee for our daughter's graduation from utk and came here with a large group of nine for a late dinner. The staff was probably the most accommodating friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in my entire life. We ordered many many things from the $5 lineup and they we're just amazing! The gentleman who served us was a great conversationalist, server, and even stayed way past his shift to make sure we had an amazing vacation experience. He kept us entertained as well as helped us navigate through the difficulties of juggling who's food was who's. When we return to Knoxville this place is definitely on our list to go back to. How could we not with such amazing people preparing our food and caring for us as if we were their own family! The food was very good as well and definitely more then any Pizza Hut Cincinnati Ohio has to offer. I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for taking a stressful hectic day and making it an absolute Delight!!!
