(January 4, 2020, 3:12 am)Mediocre is the best word to describe this chain. The chicken has barely any flavor to it. The only thing providing flavor is the sauce, which is good, but that is the only thing going for this chicken.

(August 24, 2019, 10:44 pm)The food was as delicious as any other Cane's I've been to, but the management seemed weird and inconsistent. While it pains me to give a Cane's less than 5 stars, this location definitely loses a couple due to that.
When I went, there was a sign that said after 6:30pm you could only order 3 Finger Combos. Weird, but maybe something to do with UTK just starting back up. However, I was there at 5:30pm and was told that policy was already in effect (luckily I was ordering a 3 piece combo anyway). They were also out of lemonade and gave the impression they would not be making more.
Also, hours are based on whether UTK is in session or not. Their website and Google maps hours still displayed the "summer hours", which were different than the hours on the door when I went. -
