This place is a nice little local restaurant. Great hamburgers and really nice people. They do not take credit or debit cards but they have an ATM in the restaurant.

While visiting Knoxville for work, this was a must visit restaurant based on recommendations. They were so right! The ribeye sandwich was fantastic! All if the other food was terrific as well. Totally loved the atmosphere. There was plenty of parking in the strip mall. If you are in the area, stop in.

I Highly recommend this restaurant!! Absolutely the best 8 ounce burgers. The freshest, reddest, juiciest tomatoes I ever saw on a burger. Big menu, more than just burgers. They also serve beer. They only take cash or check, I'm sure this helps cut costs. There is an ATM inside so you can get cash. It's worth a try. We will be back often!!

If you live in the area and you haven't been, you owe it to yourself to give Sam & Andy's a visit. This is a Knoxville landmark. The experience makes it work the visit, but the food is good as well. I'm not saying this is the best burger you will ever eat, but it is very good. Cash or check only!

Great food quality at a decent price. Clearly a small business that takes pride in its food and cares for its customers, rather than a generic chain with boring fare. Nice menu, some interesting items for a sandwich shop. Good business model for a little restaurant - they save on expenses by cutting back on employees and things like cars readers. You get better food for a lower price. Was rather busy at lunch, clearly a local favorite.
